Based in our London office, Clive's area of expertise focuses on large regeneration schemes, working closely with local residents on the re-design of their communities. Many of these projects have involved a mixture of refurbishment and new build, with increases in density and mixed tenure housing. Clive has also developed an interest in working on historic buildings over the past twenty years. He has worked on the restoration and conversion of a listed Victorian hospital and a Victorian community centre and is currently overseeing proposals for the renovation of Erno Goldfinger’s Grade II listed iconic Balfron Tower in Tower Hamlets.
