Kim is based in our London office and specialises in the field of urban design and masterplanning, leading on large scale residential and mixed-use schemes. He has also project-led a number of major urban regeneration schemes, including stock transfer programmes and NDC action areas. As a result, he has developed an expertise in urban regeneration projects. He has also designed successful competition proposals for regeneration developers tendering to become partners for key strategic action areas.
