Tim is based in our Surrey office and specialises in delivering an extensive list of building projects including greenfield, brownfield, riverside and inner city locations; differing forms of procurement and construction and large and small scale developments across the country. His expertise extends to securing planning approval through public enquiry procedures and in masterplanning and development frameworks on a series of large scale projects around the country.
