Rick Burgess

Rick heads the Technical Steering Group whose focus is to maintain the existing high quality product and service to our clients whilst continually improving efficiency in our working methods. He has been instrumental in establishing PRP's Quality Assurance standard in accordance with ISO 9001 and oversees the protocols he put in place to deliver effective plans of work, CAD procedures, technical manuals and information audits. Rick also contributes to the development of PRP's strategy for Knowledge Management.
