Roger Battersby
Managing Partner

Roger Battersby is Managing Partner of PRP Architects LLP, where he is also in charge of the practice's specialist housing portfolio. His involvement in the design and delivery of housing for older people over the last 20 years has made him one of the UK's authorities in this sector. His knowledge of the subject extends across both the private and public sectors and from independent retirement living to higher care & community based health facilities.

Roger is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on housing for older people which have included organisations such as CABE, Architects' Journal Conferences, Laing & Buisson, the IAHSA, National Housing Federation, Chartered Institute of Housing and the Housing Forum.

Originally from Shanghai, Huan obtained his Bachelors degree in Architecture at the Fine Art School of Shanghai University in 2001.

Previously Huan was employed by ECADI, one of most prestigious architectural practices in China where he played a key role in winning a series of large-scale healthcare competitions and education masterplanning schemes in Shanghai.

As a key designer at PRP, Huan's expertise has proven to be pivotal in securing key projects, local as well as international.
Richard Tremeer
Director

Based in PRP's London office Richard is responsible for private sector projects which have a commercial or regeneration focus. Projects undertaken are typically urban in context, mixed-use residential led schemes which include elements from the hotel and leisure, commercial, education and sporting sectors.

His team undertakes projects which range from large scale masterplans to individual buildings and interiors, both in the UK and abroad.

Richard's international focus is on China based developments and in the past has led his team to complete projects in Russia, China and the Middle East.
