India’s first senior citizen’s housing development offering high quality housing with healthcare support.

Impact Senior Living Estates is a flagship development aimed at senior citizens that will offer high specification housing, enhanced security and immediate access to healthcare provision. A pioneering concept not available in India until now in terms of the comprehensive bouquet of services and amenities backed by Senior Citizen Friendly design. PRP is developing the prototype housing scheme within the wider residential masterplan.

Situated in the historic city of Amritsar where the Golden Temple, the holiest shrine within the Sikh religion, is located, the scheme will deliver approximately 240 dwellings and PRP’s designs will incorporate current thinking on environmental sustainability, such as passive solar design of buildings, use of winter gardens and insulated external envelope – a key consideration for the Punjab region in its efforts to negate the effects of global warming.
