PRP Moscow was established in 2007 and is currently leading some of Russia's highest profile residential and mixed-use schemes, commercial, leisure, hotel and masterplanning projects. Our diverse portfolio includes projects in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sochi, with a growing range of schemes extending across the regions.

We have a reputation for high quality design based on a clear understanding of our clients' needs linked with a logical and creative design approach. This  includes combining our extensive international experience and design skills with the ability to deliver locally with our Russian teams based in Moscow & St Petersburg.

Our project base includes success in International Design competitions and repeat orders from our strong Russian client base.

We are fully conversant with Russian design standards, approvals and construction procedures and in partnership with our UK based multinational workforce, we provide an international best practice whilst understanding the critical cultural and commercial issues that are fundamental in delivering projects within Russia. The company is a member of the self-regulated organization International Design Union (SRO MOP) and holds a Russian Federation wide design license for architectural, master planning  and general designer services.

The 20-strong team led by Raymond Terris is based in the Red October business centre in the heart of a hub of thriving creative businesses in Moscow.
