PRP’s winning competition proposal is for a new riverside residential complex on an existing 12 hectare industrial site in the West Administrative Okrug of Moscow.

The Beregovoi Proezd proposal, to be developed by Russian developers Glavtroy, comprises over 200,000 m² gross new build area within a large riverside complex, including 1,000 new apartments, retail facilities, restaurants, a riverside cafe, a fitness centre, a riverboat quay and a school.

The proposals feature six new iconic towers that offer residents spectacular views of the river and Moscow, creating a new and modern architectural statement set within a tranquil yet inviting landscaped setting.
