Won through an international competition, PRP is designing a new mixed use resort complex in Sochi, Russia, host city for the Winter Olympic Games 2014.

The contemporary design work for the Beliy Parus Complex covers approximately 4 hectares in Sochi, Russia and will be developed as a residential and resort complex comprising:

5-star hotel for approximately 250 rooms
Class A business centre with a conference centre
Underground parking for at least 600 vehicles
Support retail including a bank, boutique shops, convenience stores and a pharmacy etc
Restaurants and bars, including outdoor sitting areas
Spa complex and a fitness centre
An open-air swimming pool for year round use
