Tihoretskiy Prospekt 55 St. Petersburg

A major regeneration project of approximately 24 ha in St. Petersburg, bounded by an existing park, apartment buildings and a military academy.

It will provide 4,000 new homes and 15,000 sq.m of commercial office space.

A new boulevard connects two prominent landmarks and forms a spine through the project. At one end, the boulevard terminates in a new square framed by the military academy, and at the other in an existing public park. Residential towers form a crescent overlooking the park.

The boulevard is lined with tall apartment blocks incorporating retail and other public facilities at ground level. Set behind are lower apartment blocks framing garden squares and tree lined streets.
