A multi-skilled team comprising PRP’s urban designers, architects, interior designers and landscape architects worked to deliver the design for this exclusive $100 million luxury residence on the edge of Moscow’s the western district.

The densely wooded site influenced the townhouse design principles, reflected in the organic material specification and internal layout, which maximises the views of the landscape. The commission includes a luxury spa/fitness spa located on a unique and ecologically sensitive woodland site.
