  • Raymond Terris

    As the Director of the Moscow office, Raymond is responsible for all aspects and operations of the office. He is also actively involved at all stages of the design process and leads a team in Moscow currently focused on significant new high quality residential, retail & mixed use schemes in Moscow, St Petersburg and other regional cities.

    Raymond was previously Director of another well known practice in Moscow and he has over 12 years experience in Russia delivering large high profile projects, many of which have been given national and international awards.

  • Simon Kaufman
    Associate Director (London/Moscow)
    Point of Contact

    Simon's current role is as design leader of an international team of staff based in PRP's Russian and UK offices. He is working on a range of different scaled projects in both London and St.Petersburg.

    Simon's specialisms are residential, mixed use, retail, transportation, landscape and public facilities design. Simon also has some knowledge and background in hotels and leisure, and office design.

  • Shamil Gemuev
    Associate Director

    As an Associate Director based in our Moscow office, Shamil has been with PRP for over four years and has lead teams on a variety of projects, including large complex mixed use schemes in Moscow, Sochi and elswhere. These have included work in the residential, hotel and higher education sectors as well as health and retail.

    Prior to being with PRP, Shamil had 11 years experience in Russia and two years in Dublin, Ireland, where his experience included office and retail schemes and fit-out work in addition to high quality residential schemes and masterplans for new communities. Many of his projects have obtained Russian national awards.
