As Regional Director, Michael is responsible for overseeing PRP's expansion plans and its international work in Russia and therefore has a unique understanding of the Russian market.

Anticipating clients' needs yet challenging prescribed notions is key to PRP's success in the Russian market and Michael has played a significant part in developing this approach to design and management.

Michael has extensive experience working in the commercial, residential and leisure sectors and therefore covers many building types, including high quality large mixed use schemes, residential and community regeneration, hospitality and leisure and retail and business parks.
Raymond Terris

As the Director of the Moscow office, Raymond is responsible for all aspects and operations of the office. He is also actively involved at all stages of the design process and leads a team in Moscow currently focused on significant new high quality residential, retail & mixed use schemes in Moscow, St Petersburg and other regional cities.

Raymond was previously Director of another well known practice in Moscow and he has over 12 years experience in Russia delivering large high profile projects, many of which have been given national and international awards.
Shamil Gemuev
Associate Director

As an Associate Director based in our Moscow office, Shamil has been with PRP for over four years and has lead teams on a variety of projects, including large complex mixed use schemes in Moscow, Sochi and elswhere. These have included work in the residential, hotel and higher education sectors as well as health and retail.

Prior to being with PRP, Shamil had 11 years experience in Russia and two years in Dublin, Ireland, where his experience included office and retail schemes and fit-out work in addition to high quality residential schemes and masterplans for new communities. Many of his projects have obtained Russian national awards.
