Abstract

This fact sheet, written by PRP, is the sixth in a series of publications commissioned by the Housing Learning and Improvement Network, Change Agent Team at the Department of Health. It focuses on design principles and issues to consider when designing a scheme form the outset. The guidance draws on the considerable experience of PRP who have a large portfolio of housing designs for older people spanning from the early 1980’s to the present day. PRP has worked with a wide variety of clients from the private, voluntary and public sector. (Department of Health.)
