2003

Abstract

The purpose of this toolkit is to introduce some broad concepts and practices to help construction firms improve their knowledge management. It is as applicable to the small contracting firm as it is to the global design practice, and it includes tools for beginners taking their first steps as well as tools for the more experienced knowledge management practitioner. The toolkit includes advice and case studies on strategy, business cases, tools and measurement techniques.
