Abstract

The intention of this comprehensive checklist is to enable design champions to consider the relevant issues which enable good design. The guide will prompt questions that should be asked throughout the design process. The design will develop over time and different questions will be appropriate at different stages. A traffic signalling approach is used to identify the status of a question, the ultimate aim to get a ‘green light’ against each issue.
