Topics that will be discussed include:
Is there merit in this idea, and why have the proposals been so unpopular? Why do people dislike the proposals so much, and what is the alternative? Has this been a good policy to raise the green housing agenda? Should we be creating new towns or extending areas already attached to urban infrastructure? Should the policy be scrapped or salvaged? Which way forward?
