An award winning urban regeneration project that has increased housing density whilst simultaneously providing family housing to meet local needs.

The masterplan increases the residential density, improves legibility of the layout and security and introduces social sustainability through mixed tenure ownership. This project includes the refurbishment of an existing 7 storey residential block, demolition of 2 similar blocks and construction of new flat blocks and houses as well as external and landscape improvements to the estate.

The project includes the innovative keyworker block, which has won a number of awards. St Matthews keyworker block consists of 12 highly energy efficient 1 and 2 bedroom flats.
