A luxury holiday resort carved sensitively into the picturesque Montenegrin hillside.

The Hillside resort is situated close on the coast of the Budva District, Cadastre Area Kuljace. In response to the varying terrain two distinct house types have been proposed. Twelve single family villas are situated on the lower western side part of the site with 33 apartments and five villa blocks located on the upper eastern side.

A communal piazza focuses around an open square with a water feature, surrounded by cafés, shops and a restaurant with indoor and alfresco dining. The upper and lower terraces boast infinity pools and associated gym and leisure facilities on the outdoor decks.

The overall character of the development will be very much that of a local hillside village with a contemporary attention to detail and a high quality specification.
