Forum House, Brent, London

Client: Quintain Estates & Development
Role: Architecture, Masterplanning, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Services and Interior Design

Forum House is the cornerstone mixed use development in the Wembley City regeneration, defining the architectural style and quality in this prominent London location.

Forum House represents a successful collaborative approach to sustainable residential architecture. The high quality design delivers greater communal and social interaction for residents and commercial tenants.

Situated close to Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena, the wrapping block acts as a sound barrier against the noise from the streets and stadium; creating a calm and peaceful oasis in the centre of the courtyard. This semi–private landscaped courtyard provides a safe space for families to play and residents to relax.

The completed scheme provides 286 apartments, comprising 50% social housing units, all benefiting from a 24 hour concierge service. Ground floor retail space comprises an employment portal serving the local community and a crèche. The development is serviced by an innovative underground waste removal system which will be phased in across Wembley City.
