A memorable landmark on a distinctive London road that responds sensitively yet commercially to the surrounding area.

The redevelopment of a former automotive workshop and commercial site will provide a new contemporary mixed-use scheme in one of London's most renowned streets. The scheme will accommodate a nine storey building with commercial and retail units at street level and 44 self contained residential units above. Residents will benefit from access to a roof terrace and communal courtyard space located on the first floor.
