Sarah is an experienced project manager, and CABE Enabler, with a track record of delivering regeneration projects. Her strengths are at the front-end of projects - getting complex schemes to the delivery stage.
She is an experienced communicator and negotiator and has particular skills in resident involvement and stakeholder liaison. She drives projects forwards through a team approach, encouraging commitment from partners and buy-in from the local community.
She has facilitated Design Charettes and Partner Workshops for a number of clients including the HCA and managed consultation strategies on projects in London, Sussex, Birmingham, Sheffield and Manchester.
Peter has considerable experience in the residential, retail, health-care and commercial sectors. He specialises in large-scale, complex retail-led or housing-led regeneration projects which require place-making techniques to unlock constrained potential and deliver sustainable solutions.
He is used to working with communities and stakeholders from all backgrounds in participatory planning processes. As Project Leader he has been closely involved in the consultation processes for the Brownfield Estate regeneration in Tower Hamlets and the Wornington Green redevelopment in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Peter has recently completed a Certificate Course in Place-making through the Homes & Community Agency.
