  • Our team undertake sunlight and daylight analysis, overheating studies, thermal comfort evaluation and pedestrian wind studies. We are able to offer design advice and undertake analysis to demonstrate compliance with legislation.

  • We are able to undertake assessments to establish the existing environmental performance of a building or portfolio of buildings and then make recommendations for improving the performance; including energy efficiency and low carbon retrofit solutions.

  • Our team undertake SAP, RdSAP and SBEM calculations and produce EPC's to demonstrate compliance with UK Building Regulations. We are also able to undertake calculations using software international software such as ASHRAE.

  • PRP Environmental is able to undertake BREEAM, LEED, Code for Sustainable Homes and SKA assessments on a variety of building types. Our BREEAM and LEED Accredited Professionals are able to offer design advice to clients and their design teams on projects in the UK and international countries.

  • We are able to undertake financial appraisals in relation to the proposed sustainability strategies, considering capital, operational and disposal costs to provide whole life cost analysis including return on investment figures. We also provide funding brokering services and we can offer advice on potential funding and make relevant applications on behalf of clients.

  • PRP Environmental develop and prepare corporate social responsibility and environmental policies for clients including engaging with the wider organisation and stakeholders to ensure the policy is appropriate for all parts of its business.

  • Our team work with clients to develop methods of monitoring, recording and publicising their sustainability performance and we also undertake the services for clients including preparing annual performance reports with infographics.

  • We develop and deliver training package for commercial and public clients ranging from informal short workshops to fully facilitated training programmes which cover policy, strategy and design principles. We disseminate our knowledge through regularly speaking at conferences, writing articles for journals and national newspapers and contributing to industry working groups.
