PRP was appointed by Guinness Midsummer Housing Association to promote Lavente Gate, a significant housing led mixed use development to the south east of Milton Keynes.
An integral component of the planned growth strategy is the regeneration of Bletchley to become the second centre to Milton Keynes and provide an improved focal point for new housing, better local services, employment growth and community development. The core objective of Lavente Gate is to develop an inclusive and sustainable housing led mixed use community that will provide a sense of place and identity that is well connected to public transport and community facilities and services.
Lavente Gate is conceived as a suburban community of Bletchley with the capacity to deliver in the region of 2000 dwellings including education provision, health facilities shops and office space.
