Planning Team

Julian has over 12 years planning consultancy experience. He has worked on residential, retail, leisure and mixed use projects across the country advising both public and private sector clients.

Julian has successfully appeared as an expert planning witness at a number of Public Inquiries in respect of planning appeals in Haringey, Tonbridge and Watford.

Julian is currently advising on a range of residential led mixed use schemes across the south east including the redevelopment of a former school in Merton and a residential / commercial scheme in Southampton.

Phillip joined PRP Planning in 2009 as a graduate planner having successfully completed a Masters in Town Planning and Masters in Law from Sheffield University. He is a Licentiate Member of the RTPI.

Since joining the practice, Phillip has been involved with a variety of residential and leisure development schemes for outline and full planning permission and has gained experience in appeal cases.

He has recently been involved in securing permission for conservation area consent for Brownfield's estate regeneration and continues to gain a broad experience of town planning.
