Over the last 10 years we have been successfully delivering housing developments for both public and private clients. Working within a large architectural practice we have access to extensive market intelligence across the whole housing sector.

We have delivered a wide range of mixed-use mixed-tenure housing projects: S106's, infill and new sites. We work with clients to define design standards and guidance and have an eye for detail to resolve the tricky areas - internal and external common parts, refuse, metering and service charge strategies.

We are procurement experts; we sit on the PPC2000 National Steering Group and can make partnering contracts work. Equally we also the expertise to craft the JCT DB05 contract to deliver client aspirations.

• Audit grant-funded housing against a range of design criteria including the latest HQI, Lifetime Homes, Secure by Design and Building for Life criteria
• Act as Independent Certifier for the HCA and some developers
• Manage contracts on site including CDM Co-ordinator and Clerk of Works' services
