• Provide advice and leadership from inception
• Manage the initial development and testing studies for strategic and local masterplans
• Ensure compatibility with local and regional housing and regeneration policies
• Co-ordinate stakeholder liaison and engagement, including Stock Transfer ballots
• Manage design development
• Advise on procurement strategies
• Integrate OJEU timetables with CLARA requirements
• Administer works contracts and development agreements
• Advise on complex business models
• Assist with decanting and phasing plans to ensure minimum disruption to existing residents
• Provide change management tools and risk management methodology to help control and successfully deliver these complex projects
