As a Director of the Project Services team based in our London office, Philip leads our Contract Administration team, advising on procurement strategies, contract documentation, risk management and contract administration issues throughout the practice.

Originally trained as an architect in Australia, he brings nearly two decades of contract administration experience in the UK affordable housing sector to PRP Project Services.

Philip has delivered a number of major estate regeneration projects from inception to completion, as well as a variety of new build residential projects. Philip is also an experienced workshop facilitator and trainer.

Sarah Harrison

Sarah is an experienced project manager with a track record of delivering regeneration projects. Her strengths are at the front-end of projects getting complex schemes to the delivery stage. She is an experienced communicator and negotiator and has particular skills in stakeholder liaison.

She drives projects forward through a team approach, encouraging commitment and investment from a range of partners. She has chaired two day Design Charettes and Partner Workshops for a number of clients, including the HCA.

As a CABE Enabler she is committed to the delivery of high quality design and confidently manages design development.

Nigel Collier
Associate Director


Nigel is an Associate Director at PRP and has extensive project management experience in the fields of social housing, healthcare and education, including new-build as well as major refurbishment schemes.

His work has generally focussed on project delivery including setting up project teams, writing specification and contract documentation, managing procurement and contract procedures and representing clients through the design and construction stages of projects to handover and completion.

Contract types have ranged through traditional JCT to Design and Build and full partnering procedures, including the use of PPC2000.
