With 50 years' experience PRP has unrivalled expertise in the technical design and delivery of award winning housing of every kind in both the public and private sectors.

We take pride in our reputation as a quality and delivery focused practice and based on our experience, capability and competitiveness secure the post-planning technical design delivery for a substantial proportion of our own design projects in addition to projects designed by others where we win delivery work in open competition or in partnership with contractor or developer clients.

We have a diverse portfolio of completed projects at scales ranging from single dwelling exemplar prototypes, to sub-urban low density housing, complex high density mixed use regeneration and urban residential high rise. Our teams can draw on tested solutions and detailing from a range of project types and constructions including a portfolio of framing solutions, pre-fabricated elements and exemplar environmental projects.

We have established specialist delivery teams in each of our offices consisting of architects and technologists who have a passion for building construction technology, coordinated technical design and the delivery of quality consultant services and quality buildings. We have grown successful through enduring relationships with public and private sector developers and contractors who value our active, informed contribution to the project delivery process, our hands-on approach to design leadership, coordination, value and risk management and the considerable resource and depth of experience we can apply to our projects.

With increasing frequency we provide a multidisciplinary service connecting our architectural delivery teams with the complimentary skills in our internal landscape design, planning and environmental services teams. Our involvement with prototype projects, research initiatives, universities and industry bodies continues to feed new ideas and innovation into our work particularly in areas such as low energy design, off-site manufacture, building regulations development and housing design standards.  Due to our extensive experience and knowledge we are often invited by government and industry bodies to join their workshop initiatives to provide practical feedback from the industry workface into existing and new legislation and standards.
