Design Management

Our appointments usually include Lead Consultant services. We take this role seriously and apply energy and commitment to the completion of integrated and coordinated multidisciplinary design.

We are active in the definition of project deliverables against confirmed scope of service and complete detail design programming to manage and demonstrate our own service delivery coordinated with the wider consultant team, aligned with agreed procurement and critical path milestones.

We are package and delivery focused and will structure our construction design documentation to the profile of the project, client's brief and the programme.
