Located on a steeply sloping site, Denham Garden Village is a major redevelopment of a 1950s retirement village, providing 327 new dwellings for older people and a range of public facilities located at its heart, including a G.P. surgery, health and fitness centre, shop, restaurant, pub, winter garden and village hall.

The philosophy for Denham Retirement Village is to bring care to people's homes, in the form of apartments, bungalows and cottages, rather than moving them into care. The £60m scheme provides a mix of tenures with 55% of the units for outright sale and 45% as affordable housing.
