Kings Cross Central Block R4, London

Kings Cross Central is one of the most prominent regeneration projects in Central London. PRP has designed the first affordable residential block on the Kings Cross site from concept to completion.

Known as 'R4', it comprises 117 mixed tenure residential units, 35% of which are large 3- and 4-bedroom units above 600 sq.m of non-residential accommodation at street level.

R4 has a feature double-height entrance lobby which provides access to the different apartment clusters. There is a shared roof terrace that offers dramatic views across London. Spacious balconies ensure family units have ample private amenity space. The façade uses high quality materials and careful detailing to define a new quality benchmark for affordable housing.
