The combination of our core housing regeneration and refurbishment experience coupled with in-house environmental services design expertise has provided a solid foundation for PRP to lead and innovate in the emerging retrofit sector.

We have a broad portfolio of retrofit projects including a series of tall residential tower retrofits, including listed buildings, and a diverse range of domestic retrofits, including five projects within the Technology Strategy Board's Retrofit for the Future Competition.
