Rick has been with PRP for over 25 years and was appointed as Technical Partner in 2004.

Rick heads the Technical Steering Group whose focus is to maintain the existing high quality product and service to our clients whilst continually improving efficiency in our working methods.

He has been instrumental in establishing PRP's Quality Assurance standard in accordance with ISO 9001 and oversees the protocols he put in place to deliver effective plans of work, CAD procedures, technical manuals and information audits. Rick also contributes to the development of PRP's strategy for Knowledge Management.

Scott Sanderson joined PRP in 2003 and has extensive delivery focused experience in UK housing, including large scale estate regeneration and high density mixed use projects, retrofit and tower refurbishment and community buildings.

Specialising in technical design and project management, Scott's role is to direct post planning design development and to lead and manage all aspects of the programming, coordination and approvals interface to our client, consultant and constructor teams and relevant stakeholder groups.

In addition to project work, Scott has a wider brief as the Technical Manager for the London Groups to influence, support and monitor high technical standards, best professional practice and business performance.

Mark's role within the practice is to focus on the detailed design and delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes for private developers and housing associations.

He heads a team of architects and technicians acting as lead designer across all disciplines.  He has recently delivered high performing level 5*& 6*Code for Sustainable Homes schemes across the country.

Mark sits on the Technical Steering group within the practice and is part of the management team ensuring high quality services are provided to our clients.
