This pilot project is intended to rationalise farming in the UAE, using Landscape planning to optimise environmental fit within desert.

A water conservation strategy is designed to maximise recycling and reduce aquifer extraction. The waste strategy uses bio digester technology for energy. Desert protection and enhancement will use native plant species. Optimisation of farm 'clusters' enables commercial development of farm produce.
