These private communal gardens incorporate a water feature, cycle parking, amenity spaces and extensive planting.
The entire courtyard was constructed over the basement car park and venting has been successfully obscured within courtyard space. The mix use urban block of 286 apartments includes commercial ground floor space. This development has the UK's first automated waste removal system pioneered by ENVAC.
