A major regeneration project on the north Lewisham-Greenwich border. Extensive green roofs have been proposed to a number of new buildings and a comprehensive network of homezone streets have created a pedestrian friendly environment.

The landscape design proposals incorporate a new linear park with a sustainable drainage SUDS system, a number of private communal podium gardens and the enhancement of existing valuable escarpment woodland habitat.
