Providing planning consultancy advice in connection with the first phases of a major redevelopment in South Acton comprising the replacement of a defunct housing stock with 1013 new and refurbished properties.

PRP Planning has assisted in securing reserved matters consent for the first phase of the South Acton estate regeneration project comprising 129 new residential units. PRP coordinated the discharge of the various conditions attached to the outline consent and presented a planning justification for the proposals. This included the preparation of an estate-wide Design Code and energy strategy to guide subsequent phases of development.

PRP is currently liaising with the local authority in pre-application discussions for the second phase of the redevelopment.
