We review the performance of existing properties and provide succinct reports outlining issues and associated costs for all matters related to existing buildings and stock including Design Quality (HQI and SDS audits), future maintenance liabilities, resident satisfaction, energy performance and affordable heat.

We also arrange for the procurement of refurbishment and remodelling works in line with your requirements and internal procedures.
