Integrate OJEU timetables with CLARA requirements
Administer works contracts and development agreements
Advise on complex business models
Assist with decanting and phasing plans to ensure minimum disruption to existing residents
Provide change management tools and risk management methodology to help control and successfully deliver these complex projects
