The Clapham Park B5 apartment scheme is truly unique and sets a high quality design precedent for the Clapham Park regeneration project, with distinctive materials and meticulous design detail, providing a home that any resident will be proud of.

Bespoke consultation was carried out with the prospective residents, to meet their current and future aspirations, along with Design Panel reviews and regular engagement from the local planning authority and the Secure By Design officers.

The scheme delivers a mix of dwelling sizes including seventy new apartments and fifteen maisonettes arranged around a striking landscaped courtyard.
