A development that is sensitively designed to provide a secure pleasant environment with a sense of community for students.

This PFI scheme provides a total of 286 study bedrooms grouped into a range of flats in clusters of five, six, seven or eight study bedrooms each with pre-formed en-suite shower rooms.

Shared support facilities are provided including a manager's office and flat, laundry, post collection point, reception area and communal kitchen/living spaces sized to suit and including provision for students with disabilities. Externally there is provision for 36 car parking spaces, covered cycle storage for 50 bicycles and external refuse storage and ancillary requirements.

High quality landscaping with a central sheltered courtyard provides a formal focal point with relaxed semi-enclosed lawned areas around the outside of the development.
