Contemporary high quality student accommodation development in the cosmopolitan Wembley area.
The modern 656 unit development is arranged in a mix of clusters of five to six bed self-contained studios and five and three bedroom six person social rented maisonettes.
The student accommodation block to the west is textured and tactile, richly detailed and complements the adjacent residential blocks. Projected window profiles are used to animate the public elevations of the student block. The development consists of a closed perimeter block, courtyard and landscaped amenity areas.
