Chobham Manor, Olympic Park

The first of the Olympic Legacy Sites situated between the Velodrome and the Olympic Village, Chobham Manor will provide an over 800 dwelling, mixed use masterplan.

Working collaboratively with Make, PRP is leading a diverse design team in coordinating the masterplan delivery and will remain involved to see through the construction phase.

Chobham Manor will see a return to London's traditional family neighbourhoods of terraced and mews houses, set within tree-lined avenues and supported by a nurseries and community spaces.
