Marrying the revitalisation of a prominent open air London market with an increase in affordable homes to meet local demand.
The ground floor level will house a renewed open air market, with a 1,000m² library on the first floor with car parking for 350 vehicles. The levels above range from 6 to 31 storeys providing 350 residential units.
Public art is being used to integrate the market and its other facilities, as well as celebrate the wide range of food sold on the stalls from many parts of the world. The street frontage has been expanded to maximise and encourage visibility from within and into the market itself.
