We work closely with our clients to develop a brief and carry out detailed site and contextual analyses from the outset to establish the constraints and opportunities of a site. We will prepare alternative proposals from an early stage that may culminate in an option appraisal study to ensure that the value of any site is fully realised and different options can be considered.
