Robert leads the design team specialising in sustainable communities, large scale masterplanning projects and working with private developer clients. His passion is in the creation of place, and applying the principles of good sustainable design into the heart of these schemes.

He currently chairs the PRP masterplanning/urban design group and co-ordinated PRP's successful submission to HCA to join their panel of approved consultants.

His Lockes Wharf scheme, for St George, in London Docklands won several design awards and the Paradise Street scheme in central Oxford for Bellway is highly acclaimed.

John's early career experience included housing rehabilitation with responsibility for a Housing Action Area in the London Borough of Lambeth, as well as single person housing.

Since joining PRP in 1979 he has been responsible for numerous award winning residential, masterplannng and mixed use projects.

He also chairs the Learning & Development and Health & Safety and CDM Regulations Steering Groups. John was principal author of the design sections of CIRIA special publication 97 "Environmental Handbook for Building & Civil Engineering Projects" published in 1994.

Tim Richards
Director (Surrey)


Tim is active in both the private and public housing sectors, developing designs for affordable housing projects and private housing developments in both urban and suburban locations.

He is responsible for the management of the multi-disciplinary team at Ferry Works which includes design architects, technologists, landscape architects and planners.

This work involves him in the broad spectrum of project delivery from briefing and conceptualisation, through detailed design, planning and working drawing programmes to site operations and completion.

Richard Tremeer
Director (London)


Based in PRP's London office Richard is responsible for private sector projects which have a commercial or regeneration focus. Projects undertaken are typically urban in context, mixed-use residential led schemes which include elements from the hotel and leisure, commercial, education and sporting sectors.

His team undertakes projects which range from large scale masterplans to individual buildings and interiors, both in the UK and abroad.

Richard has lead his team completed projects in Russia, China and the Middle East and continues to support PRP's off-shore initiatives.

Ian Bott
Associate Director


Ian's role within the practice is to focus on the design and delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes for private developers and housing associations.

He heads a team of architects, masterplanners and urban designers working with most of the major housebuilder developers in the southeast.

Ian is a contributor to the knowledge management and technical standards within the practice and part of the senior management team ensuring high quality services are provided to our clients.
