Regeneration provides an opportunity to maximise the development potential of existing land. We balance carefully the inherent value of retaining existing stock against redevelopment and apply affordable environmental strategies to renewal programmes. Regeneration can provide an integrated mix of tenures and affordable homes whilst introducing essential support and community services to enable neighbourhoods to thrive.
PRP's approach is consultative and collaborative in engaging all the stakeholders in the process. Internally we draw on the expertise of our landscape, planning, urban design, masterplannning, environmental and cost planning teams.
Our research into housing densities in urban, suburban and rural regeneration contexts has helped to inform our design approach and strengthen our understanding of how to create exciting new places for living, working, shopping and leisure.
