We believe in an open-minded approach to regeneration that balances carefully the inherent value of retaining existing stock against redevelopment and applies affordable environmental strategies to renewal programmes.

Regeneration provides an opportunity to maximise the development potential of existing land. It can provide an integrated mix of tenures and affordable homes whilst introducing essential support and community services to enable neighbourhoods to thrive.

For residents and home owners, regeneration brings the opportunity to regain a sense of pride in one's community and engages people in the redevelopment process.

PRP's approach is consultative and collaborative in engaging all the stakeholders in the process. Internally we draw on the expertise of our landscape, planning, urban design, masterplannning, environmental and cost planning teams.
