The Sharp Project, Manchester

PRP was novated to Bramall Construction to convert the former 250,000sqft  Sharp warehouse into a new centre for digital content production providing affordable and flexible space for talented starters, young entrepreneurs and professionals to develop and prototype their ideas.

The design utilises the dramatic space of the warehouse to create state of the art facilities including studio spaces, administration suite, café and winter garden. PRP created innovative starter offices by designing a fully fitted prototype converted recycled shipping container to meet the easy in/out office requirement.

The building was handed over to Manchester City Council in July 2011 to acclaim and will be connected to Exchange facilities within Manchester Science Park and Technopark.
