Andrew has particular experience of refurbishment and low carbon retrofit projects. He leads PRP's Environmental consultancy, sits on industry groups such as the Existing Homes Alliance and has led national retrofit research projects for PRP as well as writing and editing retrofit guidance documentation.

He has excellent technical knowledge and understanding of the financial and legislative mechanisms associated with delivering low carbon retrofit projects including the UK's Green Deal. His role involves managing and delivering stock assessment and feasibility studies, developing retrofit adaptation strategies, undertaking building owner and occupant consultation and providing post completion training and performance monitoring.
Frances Chaplin

Based in Manchester, Frances has over 20 years experience, specialising predominantly in public sector housing and healthcare projects.

Her experience has enabled her to become one of the North West UK's leading authorities on work in the fields of housing regeneration and primary health care development for housing associations, major residential developers and healthcare trusts.

She is responsible for the growth, strategic planning and management of the practice in the North West of the UK and continues to work directly with clients on a range of masterplanning, social housing and regeneration projects on large residential and mixed use schemes.
Brendan Kilpatrick

Brendan joined PRP in 1995 and has been on the board since 2005. He has experience in the design and delivery of all forms of UK social housing, including refurbishment and care accommodation. He also has extensive experience in design and build as a method of procurement on refurbishment, environmental retrofit and new build projects, whilst working as both architect and Employer's Agent. This experience has been enhanced in recent years working on several projects within a partnering framework.

Brendan is responsible for leading regeneration projects usually with joint Registered Provider / Housing Developer clients. He remains close to the architectural teams in PRP's London office in relation to day to day project running.
