PRP was commissioned for St George's Park after winning a limited competition to realise the Order's vision for a 'state of the art' continuing care retirement village.

The development included 236 retirement apartments for leasehold sale, which helped to subsidise new nursing accommodation in the form of three 60 bedroom nursing homes. A Club building on the village square forms the social heart of the scheme, with a Cafe, restaurant, convenience store, health and beauty suite, games room, IT room/ library and a hairdressing salon.
